Andy is a dedicated certified athletic therapist and registered massage therapist.
He has experience diverse background that includes journalist and construction before coming to sport and athletic therapy.
He holds a Honours Bachelor in Applied Health Sciences - Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College and a diploma in Massage Therapy from Ontario College of Health and Technology.
His passion for sport comes from his experience as a player and coach in Roller Derby. Known in the sport as “D Ray,” Andy skated on the Canadian national team in 2018 and 2020. He is presently a coach of the 2025 Women’s national team and is was the team athletic therapist for the 2023 Junior national team.
In additional to roller derby, Andy serves as athletic therapist and first responder for a variety of sports including AAA hockey, football, soccer, rugby, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, lacrosse, tennis, and more!

Kara graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science - Human Kinetics degree as well as from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences - Athletic Therapy degree. Kara has worked with varsity and professional athletes as well as the general population. Her goal is to get you pain-free and back to doing the things you love regardless of your career or age. She specializes in assessing and rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries/problem areas and aids in pre and post-op care. She uses manual techniques (such as massage and joint mobilizations) and therapeutic exercise to restore the body’s normal function.
Kara spent her fall season working the U12, U14 Burlington Stampeders and Nelson High School junior and senior football teams. She is currently working with high school girls and boys hockey teams in the Halton District as well as the Hamilton Hurricanes of the CJFL.
Kara’s main objective is to progress her patient’s as fast and efficient as possible while educating and motivating them through the process so that they can perform at their absolute best.

Jordan is a provisionally certified Athletic Therapist, completing her certification exam in June to become fully certified.
Jordan graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy) degree. She is currently preparing to continue her education and research at Brock University in their Master of Science (thesis) program.
Throughout her education, Jordan has worked with varsity baseball, rugby, basketball and volleyball, and was apart of the provincial champion U16 AAA Burlington Stampeders summer football team. She enjoys working with general population patients and is especially interested in helping those with neurological/neurodegenerative diseases.
Jordan will provide both manual and exercise therapy techniques to get her patients back to doing what they love, pain free.

Jerome van Leeuwen attended Western University where he completed three years of Kinesiology before moving back to The Netherlands to study physiotherapy. He completed his undergraduate degree at the Amsterdam University of Applied Science in The Netherlands where he graduated with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy.
After completing work experience in Australia, Canada, and The USA he went on to work at a private orthopedic practice in The Netherlands, specializing in spine related injuries and ergonomics. During this time, he also completed his Level 1 Medical Acupuncture course in Manchester and a variety of personal training and nutrition courses. He looks forward to further developing his skills in the years to come.
His background as a collegiate and national level athlete in rowing, prompted him to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of proper training and rehab to minimize injuries. Jerome sees the body as an intricately interconnected system, and aims to integrate his knowledge in order to help his clients move and feel better.
In his spare time, Jerome loves to stay active and, on most days, can be found either in the gym or running outside. When he can, he is also an avid traveller and is always looking forward to his next worldly adventure.
